Storipress has a special way to decide who can do what. There are two permissions types: user permissions, which we already know, and a new thing called ‘desk permissions’.
Desk Permissions
Desk permissions let only some people in your team make or change articles in certain content categories. This helps everyone know what they should work on and stops mistakes by changing things they shouldn’t.
User Permissions
As for user permissions…
- Guests (free): They can make articles in their desks, edit their own articles, but can’t publish them.
- Writers (free): They can make and edit their articles in their desks, and can publish them.
- Editors (paid): They can edit any article in their desks and publish them.
- Admins and Owners (paid): They can do everything, like set up integrations, and edit and publish articles in all desks.
